Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services across multiple settings:
    • Clinic-based sessions
    • Community visits
    • Schools/preschools
    • Home visits
  • Collaborate within our multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in our Key Worker Model approach
  • Deliver both face-to-face and telehealth services
Required Skills & Experience
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn NDIS framework and processes
  • Strong assessment and report writing skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements
  • SPA membership (or obtaining)

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
Registration with SPA as a Speech Pathologist.
Willingness to work with clients aged 0–12 in assessments and intervention planning.
Knowledge of developmental milestones, intervention strategies, and ageing-related needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A commitment to providing person-centred and culturally sensitive services.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check (essential).
Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for home or community visits (essential).
